CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/NoShow Policy/Grace Period Your appointments are of utmost importance to us. The time allocated for each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary, and we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointments or cancellations. This allows us to find someone else to schedule an appointment. Clients who fail to reschedule or cancel will be required to pay 50% of the missed service(s). Appointment notifications are sent once your appointment is booked and a day before the scheduled date. Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo an appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged 50% of the services booked. As a result, future services will be denied until payment is made. There will be a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. If you fail to show up during this grace period, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 50% of the missed service(s). All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality “Plush Experience” for our established and future clientele.
